Some members have noticed that they have multiple accounts on Portfolium.

If you are one of these members, fear not!

There are a few reasons why this may have happened:

  • Some members have been given an account by their university while they have used their personal email or social sign-ins to create an account
  • If you created an account using your email address and then tried logging in by clicking sign in with Facebook or LinkedIn and never actually synced with them, this will create a new account for you
  • Or some other edge case

If you would like to merge 2 or more accounts, send an email to support@portfolium.com with your full name and the information for the accounts you wish to merge. Be sure to include the email and user name that you would like to use to access your account moving forward. We will merge the information and entries together into one account and email you when it has been completed.
