As a State Administrator, you have access to a reporting dashboard. At the top, you will see an overview of teacher activity. You'll see: total teachers enrolled, active teachers, those that were imported into the system and those manually approved.

The graph in the middle of the page shows the 'Past Week's Activations'. 

Below that graph, you will exportable reports. The 'Complete Roster Report' allows you to export a list of all teachers and their usage of the system. The 'Context Narrative Report' allows you to download the context narratives that have been completed.

The 'State Administrator Report' and 'District Administrator Report' will allow you to export a list of each group as well.

Below, you will find a data dictionary for all state admin reports

State Administrator Report:
Firstname: state administrator's first name
Lastname: state administrator's last name
email: state administrator's email address
Imported: 1=the administrator was imported into the system, 0=the administrator was not imported into the system
Activated: 1=the administrator has set a password and activated their account, 0=the administrator has not set a password and activated their account
Created_at: the date and time the user was imported into the system
Activated_at: the date and time the user set a password and activated their account
Deleted: 0=they have not been deleted from the system, 1=they have been deleted from the system.

District Administrator Report:
Firstname: district administrator's first name
Lastname: district administrator's last name
email: district administrator's email address
District name: name of the district the administrator represents
Imported: 1=the administrator was imported into the system, 0=the administrator was not imported into the system
Activated: 1=the administrator has set a password and activated their account, 0=the administrator has not set a password and activated their account
Created_at: the date and time the user was imported into the system
Activated_at: the date and time the user set a password and activated their account
Deleted: 0=they have not been deleted from the system, 1=they have been deleted from the system.

Active accounts by month:
month: the month of the year
count: number of counts activated 

Roster Report:
Firstname: teacher's first name

email: teacher's email address
district_id: The district's id number
District name: name of the district the teacher represents
school_id: the school's id number
TLN: teacher's license number
Portfolio_model: model selected
Imported: 1=the teacher was imported into the system, 0=the teacher was not imported into the system, they requested an account
Activated: 1=the teacher has set a password and activated their account, 0=the teacher has not set a password and activated their account
Created_at: the date and time the teacher was imported into the system
Activated_at: the date and time the teacher set a password and activated their account
Deleted: 0=the teacher has not been deleted from the system, 1=the teacher has been deleted from the system.
